FDC PHILADELPHIA FY27 1ST QTR SUBSISTENCE/BREAD/MILK SYNOPSIS: The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Detention Center Philadelphia, intends to issue solicitation 15B21726Q00000013 for the acquisition of subsistence food, milk and bread products.
