Description
THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price award for the US Coast Guard Base Kodiak for fire alarm system upgrade at five (5) residential duplex buildings located in Homer, Alaska. The vendor will be Alaska Fire Protection LLC, 14011 Knob Hill DR Unit B, Eagle River, Alaska 99577-7602, UEI NVSFJ16CQE41. This action is being awarded on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 12.102, services required by the agency are available from only one responsible source and no other type of services will satisfy agency requirements. The suggested source is the only vendor with the requisite institutional knowledge, technical history & OEM authorized vendor
