Description
This requirement is to provide FILTER, FIXED NOTCHE and FILTER, BAND PASS for various weapon systems. The resulting contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The solicitation includes a ONE-year base period and FOUR one-year option periods, which may be exercised at the Governments discretion. The total contract period of performance will not exceed five (5) years. Pricing will include annual adjustments via an escalation factor as specified in the solicitation.
