Description
This is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Firm Fixed Price Contract awarded to Luxfer under the authority FAR 13.5. Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Commercial Items. All terms and conditions of solicitation SPE300-25- R-0022, including Amendment 0001, 0002, 0003, 0004 and 0005, and the offer from Luxfer dated Wednesday, June 18, 2025, are incorporated by reference into this contract SPE300-25-D-0002. ITEM DESCRIPTION: DLA owned Flameless Ration Heaters (FRH) for the Meal Ready to Eat (MRE) and Flat Packs for the Unitized Group Ration E (UGR-E) as DLA Owned VMI. The contract performance period will be from 08/30/2025 to 07/29/2030. The guaranteed minimum will be $257.521.78 (10% of estimated dollar value). Once orders up to the guaranteed minimum dollar value have been placed
