Notice of Intent to Sole Source In accordance with the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO FAR) 6.103-1(b), the Environmental Protection Agency, Great Lakes National Program Office (GLNPO) intends to award a sole source purchase order to PP Systems, Inc for the purchase of a fluoroprobe which will be used onboard the research vessel Lake Guardian. Based on market research conducted, PP Systems, Inc. is the only commercial manufacturer/supplier that sells a fluoroprobe instrument which measures at the set of wavelengths needed for sampling phytoplankton community in the Great Lakes. This notice of intent is not a request for quote. This is not a solicitation. Any interested party that believes it can meet the GLNPO requirement described herein may identify themselves
