Description
The current contract requires the service provider to supply all necessary personnel, materials, and equipment to operate these services across all Fort Bliss areas, including living quarters (cantonment areas), training grounds, and temporary base camps. The government provides the refuse dumpsters, which the contractor is then responsible for maintaining and repairing.
