Fort Drum NY Job Order Contract

The MICC - Fort Drum, is releasing this Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) for a planned Job Order Contract (JOC) under an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, set aside for eligible HUBZone construction firms. This notice is issued for market research and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a formal solicitation, and no award will result from this posting. The Government seeks industry feedback on the draft solicitation documents to improve clarity, feasibility, and competitiveness prior to final release. Interested parties are encouraged to review the attached draft documents and submit comments or questions by April 09, 2026.
