Description
UPDATE - 15 JUNE 2026: An amendment will be published with answers to questions and extending the solicitation closing to June 23, 2026. Pleae continue to monitor SAM for updates. The requirement is for non-personal services to provide solid waste management services, to include refuse collection, compost center operations and landfill operations for the cantonment areas at Fort Hood, Texas. The contractor shall perform all management, supervisory, professional services, clerical, and administrative functions and furnish all labor, plant, tools, equipment, materials, and supplies, except as provided in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
