FSA Time Credit Solution

The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP), U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), is soliciting proposals for an Enterprise First Step Act (FSA) Time Credit Management Solution. The Government seeks a mature commercial enterprise solution and associated services to enhance, modernize, implement, integrate, operate, maintain, and sustain the Bureau's existing enterprise capability for administering First Step Act Time Credits. Offerors may propose enhancement and modernization of the existing solution or replacement of all or portions of the solution when the proposed approach provides improved capability, maintainability, security, scalability, operational efficiency, reduced implementation risk, or overall best value to the Government.
