Full and Open IDIQ for A-E Services for Vance AFB and Sheppard AFB

AMENDMENT #1: Responses for all Questions and Answers are listed in the attachment. ASRC Federal Gulf State Constructors on behalf of the Government is seeking to obtain a pool of qualified Architectural and Engineering (A&E) Firms - Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) acquisition is being procured in accordance with the Brooks Act, also known as the Selection of Architects and Engineers Statute as implemented in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 36.6. Firms responding to this announcement before the closing date will be considered for selection subject to any limitations and requirements listed.
