Description
Solicitation SPE300-R-0063 was solicited as "Other than Full and Open Competition" in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 - Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This is a notification that an award has been made IAW 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition, as a 168-day contract to US FOODS Lexington (CAGE Code 9P251), to continue to provide Prime Vendor services to customers in the South Carolina area.
