Description
Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to be fulfilled as needed, usually one day (preferably Tuesday), bi-weekly (not to include Mass Move situations), the Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary, except for those items specified as government-furnished property and services, to perform Furnishings Management Services (FMS) at Columbus Air Force Base (AFB), Mississippi. This is a non-personal service contract, and the Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contractor employees performing the services.
