USACE Portland District is hereby issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ), W9127N26QA050, soliciting for services to provide labor, material, and equipment to perform dredge vessel annual SLOPS removal. The attached solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-06. This solicitation is advertised as Full and Open under NAICS Code 562998 All Other Miscellaneous Waste Management Services.
