The NAVFAC drawings and specifications for this RFP are marked "CONTROLLED UNCLASSIFIED INFORMATION", therefore, the NAVFAC drawings and specifications are considered "covered defense information. Additionally, the RFP, including drawings and specifications, shall only be released to U.S. Citizens of U.S. Companies that have been vetted as eligible. All contractor personnel handling and accessing the RFP documents must FIRST be vetted as U.S. citizens of U.S. Companies prior to receiving any RFP documents. Additionally, all subcontractors (at any tier) and suppliers intending to submit a quote for the work on the secure space must be vetted as a U.S. Company and personnel vetted as U.S. citizens before receiving any RFP documents.
