Notice of Intent to Award Multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Gallup Service Unit in Gallup, New Mexico, intends to place multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with National Environmental Inc., Practicon, First Nations Distribution, and Henry Schein for various dental supplies that include various examination supplies, cleaning and hygiene, restorative, surgical and extraction, not limited to endodontic on an as-needed basis.
