Description
THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS: The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Regional Directorate intends to solicit on a firm-fixed price basis using sole source acquisition procedures with Lancaster County Solid Waste Management Authority (LCSWMA). The current need is for incinerator services of 70 tons of NAVSEA, Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program Classified document material produced by NAVSUP WSS, Code N009. Support will be required for a 12-month period beginning 01 September 2026 through 31 August 2027. The requested services represents the minimum requirements of the Government.
