This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation W9127N24QA053 for procurement of for lube oil deliveries upon request for a specific quantity, type, location, and date for the Dredge Vessel Essayons and Dredge Vessel Yaquina is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-06 October 1, 2025.
