FY26 MV Puget Back-up Crane Vessel Services

This Request for Quotation Solicitation is 100% Set-aside for Small Businesses. The solicitation will result in purchase order contract. This is a non-personnel services requirement to provide USACE, Seattle District, NavigationSection, a back-up crane vessel to fill in for the M/V PUGET. Primary tasks include the collection offloating debris within Puget Sound and its Tributary Waters and removing/installing equipment within thesmall lock and dams at Hiram M. Chittenden Locks. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein.
