Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs Northern California Health Care System (VANCHCS) intends to solicit offers for Contracted Emergency Residential Services (CERS) Emergency Housing in Stanislaus County, California, in support of the Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) program.
