***THIS is a Sources sought notice ONLY*** This is a Base + 4 OY services contract to provide scheduled semi-annual preventative maintenance and inspections on the cafeteria equipment/appliances within Root Hall (Bldg 651) Caf (Rooms T001 and T0022) at the US Army War College (USAWC) at 651 Wright Avenue, Carlisle, PA 17013. Multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) will be needed. During the semi-annual inspection, if repairs are needed, the contractor will make minor adjustments the day of the inspection. If the repairs are more extensive and require additional parts/labor, the contractor will provide a quote for additional repairs.
