Gardening Services for Consulate General Compound in Guayaquil, Ecuador

Enclosed is a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Gardening Services at the U.S. Consulate General in Guayaquil, Ecuador. If you would like to submit a proposal, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit your proposal to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 accompanying this letter. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to a responsible company which submits an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial offers without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if it is determined necessary. The Consulate intends to conduct a pre-proposal conference followed by a site visit. The pre-proposal conference w
