Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, hereby announces the solicitation for Gavins Point Intake Crane Rail Replacement. The solicitation will close on 02 October 2026. The solicitation is(Unrestricted and Open to Both Large and Small Business Participation. A Site Visit is scheduled and additional information regarding the site visit is provided in the solicitation via FAR Clause 52.236-27. The site visit is scheduled for 03 September 2026. This project will involve removal and replacement of the Gavins Point Powerhouse Intake crane runway rail located near Yankton, South Dakota. The 80-ton Gavins Point Intake Gantry Crane rail shall be installed and aligned to Crane Manufacturers Association of America, CMAA 70 standards. The total length of the rails is 328 ft x 2 centerline
