General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Florida City: Multiple cities including Miramar, Pembroke Pines, Miami Lakes, Hialeah, and Doral (see attached Delineated Area Map) Delineated Area: NORTH: Sheridan Street (aka SR 822) EAST: NW 27th Avenue (aka SR 9 / SR 817) SOUTH: SR 836 (aka The Dolphin Expressway) WEST: I-75 to Florida Turnpike Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 77,184 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 81,375 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 37 on-site, reserved spaces (surface or structured), plus an additional 314 parking spaces available on-site, or commercially available within 1,320 walkable linear feet (WLF) of the offered property, or a combination of on-site and commercially available with 1,320 WLF of the offered property.
