Pre-Solicitation Generators 400kW and Below The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has a requirement for Generators-400kW and Below. FEMA intends to establish multiple award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicles with delivery orders issued on a firm fixed-price basis for up to 5 years.
