Pre-Solicitation Generators 401kW and Above The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has a requirement for Generators-401kW and Above. FEMA intends to establish multiple award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicles with delivery orders issued on a firm fixed-price basis for up to 5 years.
