AMENDMENT 0002 (Attachment 6) Updated Statement of Work (Attachment 7) and Updated Schedule of Items (Attachment 8) to reduce locations and pumping frequency. Please return an updated schedule of items, experience questionnaire, signed amendment 2 and a technical proposal to rebecca.l.schowalter@usda.gov before 2:00 p.m. August 31, 2026. AMENDMENT 0001 to clarify the quoted price includes the dumping fee. As stated in the SOW: The Contractor shall be properly licensed and shall be responsible for making disposal arrangements, including disposal of all effluent, debris, and trash, and payment of all fees.
