The type of A-E services expected to be performed under this contract generally includes various investigation, surveys, studies, design and engineering concept development, 1391 preparation, construction cost estimates, and the preparation of design and construction studies and the preparation of construction documents via the Design-Bid-Build (full plans and specifications) and Design-Build methods ready for bidding.
