Grand Prairie Pumping Station Inlet Channel

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis District (MVM) intends to issue Invitation for Bid No. W912EQ-25-B-A002 for the Grand Prairie Pump Station Inlet Channel Project in Prairie County, Arkansas. The work includes excavation to establish channel grade and section, removal and placement of spoil, and related erosion control measures, with excavation depths ranging from 5 to 15 feet. This acquisition will be competed as a HUBZone firm-fixed-price construction contract under NAICS 237110, Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction, with a small business size standard of $45M. The magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The solicitation is expected to be issued on/about 18 September 2025 with bid opening on/about 17 October 2025.
