Enclosed is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for the provision and installation of one (1) modular structural mezzanine with thirty-five (35) industrial storage modules racks, that fulfill or exceed the requirements of the statement of work (SOW) detailed in this document. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section J of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form that follows this letter.
