Description
Enclosed is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the US Embassy Guatemala acquisition of televisions and remote controls. If you would like to submit a quotation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on Standard Form 18 that follows this letter. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The quotations are due by Friday, September 18, 2026, by 17:00 pm (local time). No proposals will be accepted after this time. Quotations must be in English and incomplete proposals
