Gym Equipment Maintenance

This is a non-personnel services contract to provide scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on all Cardio and Selectorized strength equipment at the Offutt AFB Field House. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The place of performance will be on Offutt AFB, Nebraska at the Fieldhouse. 55 CONS intends to solicit this contract through Oral Solicitation using Simplified Acquisition Procedures IAW FAR Overhaul 12.
