THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. The Department of Interior, Bureau of Reclamation, Columbia-Pacific Northwest Region has a requirement for calibration and certification of precision tools, electrical, electronic, and mechanical equipment for all areas of GCPO; including but not limited to all Powerhouses, Switchyards, Industrial Area, Pumping Plant, as well as Safety and Environmental. Calibration to manufacturers' recommendations is required for tools and equipment used to take measurements for test results to show compliance with regulatory requirements and must be traceable to NIST standards. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supplies, tools, equipment, special items, necessary consumables and qualified technicians for tool
