H365-Medical Gas Annual Inspection Services for the OKC VA Medical Center and Lawton/Ft.Sill

Please provide the current estimated quantities, by facility, for medical-gas outlets/inlets, zone valve boxes, area alarm panels, master alarm panels, manifolds, medical-air compressors, vacuum pumps, dental compressors/vacuum systems, emergency oxygen supply connections, bulk tanks, oxygen concentrators, dew-point monitors, and CO monitors. I have provided previous years inspection report to assist with inventory. If a complete equipment inventory is unavailable, will the VA provide drawings, prior inspection reports, existing inventories, equipment lists, or other available records for quotation purposes, notwithstanding that the awarded contractor must physically validate the initial digital inventory?
