The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers New England District is issuing a Pre -Solicitation Notice for Hand-Pulling Eurasian Watermilfoil, North Hartland Lake, North Hartland, VT and North Springfield Lake, Springfield, VT QUESTIONS REGARDING THE PROCUREMENT WILL NOT BE ANSWERED DURING THE PRESOLICITATION PHASE. SUBMIT QUESTIONS TO THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST AFTER THE SOLICITATION AND ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN POSTED. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, equipment, and transportation necessary for hand-pulling Eurasian watermilfoil at North Hartland Lake, North Hartland, VT and at Stoughton Pond, North Springfield Lake, Springfield, VT. No snorkeling or SCUBA diving will be permitted. The Government may choose to exercise additional options for hand-pulling. All work shall be performed in a
