The requirement provides surge inbound mail operations including daily mail pickup at the Hyattsville, MD FEMA Recovery Center (RSC), document preparation, scanning, tracking, filing, preparation of documents for National Archives and Records Administration temporary storage of archive prepped documents, translation services, and review and splitting of fax documents printing, inserting, applying postage, and pre-sorting inbound correspondence addressed to disaster survivors.
