Heating Systems Maintenance Services, Rome, Italy

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Rome, Italy will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The solicitation covers the preventive maintenance and repair services for the heating and/or domestic hot water systems installed in apartments located throughout the city of Rome, Italy. The Contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel to perform all services as required in the contract. Quantity estimated to be served in one year: 60 apartments.
