Description
The U.S. Embassy in Panama has a requirement to procure Helicopter Insurance Services for eight (8) U.S. Department of State-owned UH-1ST dual-engine helicopters. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12.6, supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number: 19PM0726Q0008 issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Requirement Overview: Vendor shall provide aviation liability insurance coverage for the specified helicopters. Coverage will apply within Panama, North, Central, and South America, including the Caribbean region (excluding Cuba). Insurance must comply with the terms outlined in Attachment 1
