High and Low Temperature Calibrators

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis with King Nutronics (CAGE 13859) in Woodland Hills, CA for the procurement of QTY 10 High Temperature Calibrators, P/N 3604A-1-101 and QTY 7 Low Temperature Calibrators P/N 3605A-1-101 in support of the Metrology Calibration (METCAL) program calibrators. The Government intends to procure the above items under the statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 3204(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."
