Lawrence Livermore National Security, LLC (hereinafter called LLNS) is seeking sources for commercially available off-the-shelf (COTS) high-power semiconductor laser diode products in support of LLNS requirements. Only contractors that have considerable demonstrated expertise and experience in high-power semiconductor laser diode products, including diode bars, diode stacks, and related assemblies suitable for precision optical applications, and who possess the necessary contractor qualifications will be considered.
