High Pressure Air Compressor (HPAC) No. 1 & No. 2 Top-End Overhaul

The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing a request for quote (RFQ) to RIX INDUSTRIES in accordance with RFO 6.103-1, for a firm fixed price contract to provide a qualified on-site representative in support of Top-End Overhaul for the No. 1 and No. 2 High Pressure Air Compressors (HPAC) on-board a Virginia-class submarine. In accordance with DFARS PGI 206.302-1, a sources sought was posted to the Government Point of Entry (GPE}, SAM.gov from 6 April 2026 - 9 April 2026 to determine whether other sources could satisfy this requirement. The Government received one response from industry but was deemed incapable in performing the requirement.
