The United States Government is conducting market research to identify potential qualified vendors capable of providing commercial emergency response and support vehicles in accordance with defined technical specifications to support of overseas operations. This Sources Sought Notice is issued solely for planning and informational purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. Responses to this notice will be used to assess industry capability, availability, and potential acquisition strategies. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs incurred 2.
