This is strictly a request for information. The Government has no obligation for award. If interested, please provide a capabilities statement. The Contractor shall provide the infrastructure, personnel, training, materials, foods, supplies, and operational support necessary to investigate the physiological, cognitive, and clinical effects of mild hypobaric hypoxia to inform vehicle atmospheric conditions for NASAs Artemis Program. The objective of the multiple-day testing is to characterize acute responses and the time course of acclimation using clinical and physiological measurements in participants who are housed continuously for 7 days in the chamber.
