Description
The purpose of this amendment to Solicitation W912J726RA001 is to accomplish the following: (a) Incorporate Responses to Industry Questions (RFIs): Officially provide the Government's consolidated answers to vendor Requests for Information (RFIs). (b) Clarify use of NAICS 621399 - Offices of All Other Miscellaneous Health Practitioners and CLINS 0002 and 1002 Exams/Treatment (SRP/Offsite)-Includes case management fee and estimated 8 Soldiers monthly for Follow-on-Care determined in coordination with IDARNG on a case-by-case basis. Clarify/Adjust the day of expected service is Friday. (c) Clarify Scope of Services: Reiterate to all prospective offerors that this requirement is 100% Set-aside for EDWOSB IAW 13 CFR Part 127 that mandates compliance in 13CFR 125.6 for dental medical profession
