56 CONS at Luke Air Force Base, AZ has a requirement to acquire an Immersive Force-on-Force Training system. Any quotes submitted in response to this RFQ will be evaluated utilizing price, technical capability, and past performance, wherein technical and past performance, when combined are equallly as important as price.
