NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to THALES AEROSPACE COMMUNICATIONS FULLERTON INC., 1075 W Lambert RD STE A, Brea, California 92821-2944 under the authority of FAR 12.102(a). It has been determined that THALES AEROSPACE COMMUNICATIONS FULLERTON INC. is the sole provider of INMARSAT Airborne Equipment Set NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort.
