THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS NOR QUATATIONS. The Government intends to solicit this requirement directly from suppliers IAW RFO FAR 12.201-1(c)(2) for firm-fixed price contract to perform Inspection and On-site Repairs of U.S. Army Pier Barge Gangway at Kure and Akizuki Port, Hiroshima, Japan.
