Description
This notice is issued in accordance with FAR 5.201, regarding the publicizing of proposed contract actions. The U. S. Department of State intends to award a sole-source bridge contract to the incumbent contractor, Systems Plus, Inc., Rockville, Maryland, for continued support of the National Foreign Affairs Training Center (NFATC) operations. Services include instructional systems design, digital learning support, educational delivery support, multimedia services, instructional technology support, learning analytics, and related learning product support services.
