Integrated Tactical Trainer (ITT) 2B & 2C Operating Systems Updates and Modifications

INTRODUCTION The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) Orlando, FL intends to sole source the ITT-2B & 2C Operating Systems Updates and Modifications effort to General Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS) (Cage Code 3CX85) of Pittsfield, MA under the authority of 10 USC 3204(a)(1) as implemented by RFO 6.103-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. GDMS is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the ITT-2B and 2C Independence Variant devices 20B14 SN1 and 20B14 SN2 installed in Naval Station San Diego, CA and the only source capable of meeting the form, fit, and function requirements in a timely manner. In addition, GDMS is the sole provider of VSHIP licenses and has the expertise to integrate the VSHIP with
