Intent to Award Sole Source Contract to Radiometer

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility, Laboratory Department intends to award a non-competitive, sole sourced purchase order to Radiometer America INC to lease two (2) ABL90 FLEX PLUS Analyzers, which includes the use of the ABL90 FLEX PLUS Analyzers with supplies and reagents sufficient to operate the analyzer on a continuous basis, under normal operating conditions, observing all manufacturers recommendations. The anticipated period of performance is One one-year Base Period plus four one-year Option Periods.
