Intent to Sole Source: Echoview Cloud Licenses

National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Acquisition & Grants Office, Western Acquisition Division, hereby gives public notice of the intent to negotiate a sole-source purchase order pursuant to the authority of RFO FAR 6.103-1, as the supplies required by the agency are available from only one responsible source through Echoview Software Pty Ltd and no other provider will satisfy agency requirements. FAR 6.103-1 and 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1) establishes authority for the government to seek post-processing hydroacoustic data from Echoview Software Pty Ltd. The acquisition is for Echoview Analysis Suite Cloud Licenses. The procurement period of performance includes one (1) Base Year and four (4) 1-year Option Periods.
